We want you to buy with absolute confidence. Because we specialize in sourcing high-
quality, new and open-box unused customer returns from major retailers, we are able to
pass massive savings directly to you. However, as a result of the resale of these products the manufacturer warranty is void. To keep our prices incredibly low while protecting our buyers, we offer a straightforward 30-Day Functionality Guarantee on all products that we sell.

Our 30-Day Functionality Guarantee
Every item we sell undergoes a strict visual inspection before leaving our warehouse. All boxes are opened (unless factory sealed) to verify product condition, original packing and photographed for our records. Clothing apparel items are inspected and verified to be in new or unused condition, but may or may not have original tags. We guarantee that your item will arrive in the exact cosmetic condition described in the listing and/or will be 100% mechanically functional.

  • What is covered: Missing essential functional parts (like a faucet cartridge or
    lighting canopy), unlisted cosmetic damage, or structural defects that prevent
    safe installation.
  • The Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inspect your item and notify us of any issues.

How Returns Work

  • Defective or "Not as Described" Items: If your purchased product is missing a critical installation component, leaks upon immediate testing, or does not match the description, we will issue a 100% full refund or replacement (if available) and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of Mind / "Buyer's Remorse": If you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong finish/color/size, or your project plans changed, you may return the item within 30 days. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received.

Important Policy Exceptions (Please Read Before Installing)

To prevent fraud and damage, we strictly enforce the following exceptions:

  • No Returns After Installation: Once a product has been installed, plumbed into your water lines or has been wired into your electrical system, it cannot be
    returned. Please thoroughly inspect all parts, threads, and finishes before
    scheduling your contractor or beginning installation.
  • Alterations or Modifications: Clothing apparel alterations, cut wires, stripped threads due to over-tightening, or items damaged during an installation attempt are completely ineligible for returns or refunds.
  • Original Packaging: Returns must be sent back with all included hardware, instructions, and structural packaging that arrived in the box.

How to Start a Return

  1. Take Photos: Take clear pictures of the issue, missing parts, or the item in its
    original packaging.
  2. Contact Us: Email us at support@todo4less.shop or create a support ticket with your Order Number and the photos.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Refunds are
    processed within 3–5 business days of the item arriving back at our warehouse
    and passing inspection.
