How to Measure

For Clothing

  • Chest / Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

For Shoes

  1. Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind you.
  2. Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper with a pencil.
  3. Measure the distance from the wall to the toe mark to find your foot length.
